In the House of Commons Mr Labouchere said Lord Salisbury had insured France, by refusing to have England ollicially represented at the Paris Exhibition. The Right Hon. W. H. Smith, in lvply, stated, that the action of England was amicably understood. There was, he mentioned, undoubted danger of a European war, but he trusted that au outbreak between Germany and France, would be prevented, as both were allies of England. Vienna, June 1. The amount of the credit vote asked by the Premier is forty-seven million florins.
