Tim Fruit - growers' Association have passed the following resolution " 'Ihat the method of dealing with codlin moths embodied in the Legislative Council will be expensive, burdensome and useless, and not being founded upon complete or accurate knowledge of the evils to be remedied, and not prohibiting any effective remedy, and therefore not a desirable Bill to pass."
