NEW ZEALAND LOAN.

The New Zealand two million 4 per cent, loan, with a minimum of G.V, for which tenders are to be opened on the 7th, is quoted at a premium of 1 per cent. J.t is thought that by the pledge given by the Parliament ot New Zealand not to borrow in the London Market for three years, the loan prospects are excellent.
