DROWNING ACCIDENTS.
(liY TELEUIIAI'H.— I'KlisSS ASSOCIATION.) _ Wellington, Friday. A iiHTI'LEK at Pahiatua, named (i. Howell, was drowned in the Mangatamoko River yesterday, while crossing in a beat. He was paddling with one oar.
CIIKI.STUIIUItC'H, Friday. Yesterday afternoon Ethel and Augusta Williamson, aged seven and five years, daughters of a farmer living near Papanui, were drowned in the River Styx.
