CAMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL.

A srnci.\r, meeting of the above Council was held in the Town Clerk's office on Tuesday evening at 6.45 p.m., to certify as to the correctness or otherwise of the burgess roll, Present: The Mayor (Mr Hally), Crs. D. Richardson, J. Webber, A. Clements, J. H. Priestly, and J. Ferguson. The Clerk reported that there had been no objections lodged against any of the names on the roll, but that 18 defaulters who had now paid their rates had been added. The roll was then signed by the Mayor, Crs. D. Richardson, and A. Clements.
