ACCIDENTS.

A young man named Harry Glasson had his hand shattered by tho bursting of his gun whilst out shooting at the Tliameu on Saturday. Mr E. G. Price, Sheep Inspector, shot himself through the head with a revolver in Hagley Park, Christchurch, on Sunday. His salary had !-ieen reduced from £250 to £150. A young woman, whilst walking on the mud Hats at Invercargill, sunk in up to her armpits. Her cries brought help, and she was rescued with difficulty.
