HAMILTON CEMETRY TRUST.
& A meeting of the Cemetery Trust was held at the Council Chambers on Tuesday evening. The following members were present : Messrs Barton (chairman), Knox, Sandes, Salmon, Wood, Misscn, 8011, Ooates and Jones, Ovkkoiiarge. — The Clerk reported that he had demanded the refund of 3s, overcharged to Mr Sandes by the sexton, but the sexton had refused to refund the money, stating that it was a charge for a visit to the cemetery in company with Mr T. G. Sandes. Hamilton Hast Ck.mktkuv. —Mr T. G. Sandes, 011 behalf of Mr J. B. Whytc, applied for permission to cut do<vn a pinus insiguis growing near Mr Whyte's child's grave, and damaging the wall.— Application granted, She meeting then terminated,
