EMPEROR FREDERICK
(By Eumu'Hicj Tki.egiiai'ii—Coi'YlUGiit.) Bkiimn, April 21. The daily bulletins issued respecting the Emperor's health are less hopeful, and state that the fever increases nightly. Fresh abscesses have appeared in the trachea of the Emperor, who is suffering from fainting tits, and appearances of dropsy have set in. His Majesty is unable to speak. The medical gentlemen in attendance upon him have ordered that the canula inserted in his throat should be cleaned every few minutes. BiiUbiN", April 2"2 (7.30 a.m.) The temperature of the Emperor is lower, his breathing is easier, and his cough is less frequent. The physicians regard this improvement in his condition as only another phase of the disease from which he is suffering. His Majesty's condition is considered to be most critical, though he may pull through for some weeks.
