BLOOD POISONING SET IN. | By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] ' Berlin, April 18. The Emperor is worse. Blood poisoning is feared. Later. The Emperor appeared at the windows of his palace three times during the day, and received a great ovation from tho crowds assembled below. Blood poisoning set in this evening, and the worst is considered imminent. It has been found necessary to insert a larger canula in the Emperor's throat to facilitate breathing. The operation was successfully performed.
