♦ (BY TELEGRAPH. —MESS ASSOCIATION.) GiiKYMOUTH, Monday. Mil Jos. Payne, for many years county clerk for the Grey mouth County, was found dead at his private residence this morning, sitting in a chair by the fire. The supposed cause of death is apoplexy.
