[BY TELEGRAPH—OWN COHUESPOSnEST.I Auckland Wednesday. At the Supreme Court, to-day, Joseph Boylo was found guilty of an indecent assault on a little girl named Tye. He was scntciK-'jd to three years' penal servitude. James Thomas Lee, for obtaining money under false pretences, was sentenced to IS months' imprisonment. At the conclusion of the civil sittings the following list of divorce and matrimonial cases will be dealt with :—Helen Kelly, petitioner ; Adam Kelly, rwpondunt: application for de-ree. nisi. Frederick Howard, petitioner, .basic Eliza Howard, respondent, Robert Kyle, co-respondent: decree absolute. No appearance entered. Catherine Lynch, petitioner, Dennis Lynch, respondent; application for decree nisi. No appearance entered.
