SUPREME COURT.
[BY TELEGRAPH, —OWN COIIKKSPONDENT.] Auckland, Friday. At the Supreme Court to-day, Awhcaka, a native, charged with stealing corrugated iron at Tauranga, was found not guilty, and discharged. Edmund Kelly, charged with stealing from mail-bags, was acquitted, but there is another charge of a similar kind which will be heard tomorrow.
