The hours on which the library is to be open, are from 10 a.m. to noon, and 2 p.m. to -1 p.m. daily ; and 7 p.m. to i) p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A letter received from Mr Hartiy was ordered to lie on the tible. The proceeds from the late concert were t'3 15s.
