Tak New Zealand Loan and -Mercantile Agency have I'eeeived advices tliat at a meeting of the. shareholder*, held 111 London, it was resolved to convene, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the .lljih April, for the purpose ot passing special resolutions increasing the capital ot the company by an additional £390,000 in 20,000 shares of £23 cacli, which shares shall be fully paid up, but oil which shares dividends will be paid, as if fifty shillings only had been paid and interest in lieu of dividend will be allowed at the _rate of o percent, per annum, on the remaining H'22 10s paid for said shares.
