ACCIDENT AT WAITETI.
Duncan Dent, working on the Waiteti contract, met with an accident on Saturday last, whilst working in the cutting. In taking a waggon out, by some means the swingle bar broke, causing the horse to fall on the poor fellow, inflicting injuries to one of his legs. He was brought into Hamilton by yesterday morning's train, and conveyed to the Waikato District Hospital, where his injuries were attended to by Dr. Kenny, and he is progressing favourably.
