In the House of Commons L'U'd George Hamilton, replying to Lord Charles Beresford, declined to produce tlio report of tho Naval Lords on the Intelligence Department of the. Admiralty. Both Messrs Sullivan and Harrington, M.P.'s, met with an enthusiastic reception on their arrival in London froin Dublin. The sculling match for tile championship of England was rowed on the Thames today between Ross and Bubenr, and resulted in a victory for Ross by four lengths. Time, 23min 13sec. Ross lod throughout, and won easily. Mr Blain has withdrawn his candidature for the Presidency of the United States.
