LIME WATER FOR CHILDREN.

TO THE KDITOK. SlK,—I should like to call the attention of mothers to the value of lime water to young children. In this country where children grow so fast, they need something to help in forming bone ; and limo water is also useful m preventing much of that sickness which is so troublesome in some babies. Mothers can prepare it for themselves with very little trouble or expense. Take two table spoonfuls of lime and one pint of \y»ter, shake them well together, and set aside for 21 hours to settle, Then pour off the clear wattr which is ready for use. For a child <>t it months give one teaspoonful two or three times a day, in its milk, a child of three years will take three spoonsful.—l an., etc., A Moth Kit.
