AMERICAN TARIFF.
[By Electric Telegraph.—Copyhigiit. J London. January 21. The Times states that the American Tariff Bill, which is being drafted, will exempt ores, coarse wools, and salt, and that the Bill will bo read without materially changing wool duties. The duty on sujjar will bs reduced 25 per cent., and on rails four dollars. ______________
