(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) (Mr Electric Teleguaph—Copyright.) Sydney, January 21. The steamer Lubesk arrived to-day from tlia Islands. All was quiet when she left. The British and Americans consuls at Apia still refuse to recognise Tainasose as king. The German sentries at Apia have been withdrawn. The Germans have taken over the control of Samoau affairs, and a revival of trade is anxiously awaited. The Rev. Mr Moulton was a passenger from Tonga by the steamer.
