Floukkxs announces that he will withdraw the French Ambassador from Rome if the Italian Judges cany out their threat of again forcing the French Consulate dispute, which involves the Tunisian question becoming a grave one. The French Press are making violent attacks on Italy. The Bourse is depressed. London. January 18. The comments of the French Press in regard to the Consular dispute are calculated to irritate Italy. Romp.. January IS. The Consulate difficulty was a trifling diplomatic quarrel arising out of an Italian magistrate attempting to seize papers belonging to the French Consulate at Florence, but it has since been increased by the violence of the French Press, until M. Flourens demanded redress, threatening to vindicate the honour and interests of France. Ro.Mi;, January 17. Signor Crispi is inclined to satisfy the demands of Franco in connection with the consular dispute.
