The Lancashire manufacturers are very dilatory in the way of preparing exhibits, and Continential manufacturers are also displaying a lukewarm spirit in the matter. Sir Vincent Birrimrton has returned from Berne and Amsterdam, where he was only moderately successful in obtaining exhibits. St Pici'Kßsisurg, January 17.
It is reported that one hundred-weight of dynamite and a number of bombs have been seized at a suburban police station of St. Petersburg.
