A farmer in Natal has lost between 200 and 300 lambs from attacks of vultures. Young men bleseed with moustaches who have presented themselves for ordination at Worcester have returned to their friends shaven and shorn. This, says the Yorkshire Post, is due to one of the Bishop's chaplains, Canon Mandcll Creighton, being nnable, notwithstanding overy effort (Rowland's Macassar, &c,, &c), to get up a passable moustache upon his upper lip, so like the fox without a tail, he insists upon all candidates for ordination at W-orcestep becoming forthwith monstachelqss.
