Qualification fee as subscriber—For foot sports (boys excepted), ss; horse races, 10s. All protests to be lodged with the Secretary within twenty minutes after event, and to be accompanied with a deposit of 5s for foot sports, and double the amount of entrance for horse, races ; deposit liable to be forfeited if protest not sustained. Three to start or no race. Committee’s decision final in all cases. In the Evening, a MINSTREL ENTERTAINMENT will take place in the Public Hall, which will be followed by the laughable farce, “Grandmother's Ghost,” and conclude with a DANCE.
