It is notilicd in connection with the health of the Crown Prince of Germany that the swelling of the larynx conceals the lower growth in the throat. Ukrux, November 11. A bulletin, signed by six physicians, has been issued regarding the health of the Crown Prince, which states that His Highness is suffering from a swelling in the larynx, but they hope, under proper treatment it will disappear.

The oflicial bulletin published today concerning the health of His Highness the Crown Prince, states that there is no longer any doubt but that the affection of the throat is a cancerous growth. The physicians in attendance upon His Highness are divided in opinion as to the advisability of having recourse to tracheotomy, or the application of some less radical operation.
THE LATEST. [kKUTHr’s TKI.EORAMS. j (Received November 14ib, 12.40 p.m.) Beuux, November 13. The latest particulars concerning the Crown Prince are of a most serious nature. Some of the physicians attending upon His Highness advise the cutting away of the whole of the larynx to enable them to reach the growth. The, gravest fears are consequently felt throughout the Empire, which is plunged in deep gloom. The Emperor has summoned Bismarck immediately to repair to this city.
