Distance, about Lj 1 miles. HACK RACE, of lOsovs. Entries, 20s, to be made to the Secretary by 1 o’clock p.m. on the day of the race. JUBILEE STAKES (HANDICAP), of oOsovs., with a sweepstake of Isov. each., to go to second horse. Entries, Isov. ; acceptances, 2sovs. ; sweep to be paid at.time of acceptance. Winner of the South Auckland Cap to carry XOlbs. extra; second horse, 51bs. extra. Distance, about miles. TRADESMEN'S PLATE (HANDICAP), for a Piece of Plate presented by Mr S. McLernon, valued at £lO 10s, with Susovs. added ; lOsovs. out of added money to go to second horse. Entries, Isov.; acceptances, £1 10s. Distance, about 1 mile and a distance. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of 30 sovs., for all horses beaten during the meeting ; second horse to receive usovs. out of the stakes. Entries, £1 10s; acceptance, £l. Distance, once round course.
CONDITIONS. Nominations for the Handicap Hurdle Race, South Auckland Cup, and Jubilee Stakes to be made with the Secretary of the South Auckland Racing Club at the Commercial Hotel, Hamilton, at 9 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, November 23rd; weights to appear on or before December Gth ; acceptances to be declared before 9 p.m. on dav of general entry, December 24th. Nominations for the Maiden Plate and Tradesmen’s Plate to bo made with the Secretary before 9 o’clock p.m. on day of general entry ; acceptances for the latter race to be , declared before 9 p.m. on December 26th. Entries for the Hack Race to be made with the Secretary before 1 p.m. on day of the races. Nominations for the Consolation Handicap to be made with the Secretary fifteen minutes after the Tradesmen’s Plate has been run ; handicaps to be declared immediately afterwards.
