Wednesday.—(Before Mr H. W. Northcoft, H.M.) Forbes Gordon, Clerk and Collector, Kihikihi Town Board v. Wm. Vincent. —.Mr Gresham for plaintiff. This was an action to recover the cost incurred by the Kihikihi Town Board in clearing away the gorse from portion of Grey-street, Kihikihi, adjoining lot. 11. of which the de fendant is the owner. Judgment for plaintiff 1-ls, Costs, £2 Is. Waipa Countv : Council v. M. Connor.—Adjourned at the request of defendant till next court day. . : Same v. Frank O’Neill.—Judgment for Plaintiff, £8 9s 3d. Cost 17s.
William Davis v. William Voice.— Mr J. Ansonne, for plaintiff. The defendant conducted his own case. Tile plaintiff claimed £4 15s for wages alleged to be due to him from the defendant. Both parties having given evidence. Mr Anserine addresed the court ,on .behalf of this plaintiff. Judgment was given for the defendant.
