1 press association.] London, August 22. The mails per P. and O. steamship Parramatta, from Melbourne on July 13, were delivered to-day via Brindisi. Four thousand and one hundred bales of Australian wool have been sold at the Antwerp sales at a halfpenny below the closing rates of the last London auctions. The new treaty between China and France secures the latter nation a few special privileges.
