[FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT,] Tu Aroha, Wednesday. In tlie R.M. Court, which sat yesterday, thef >1 o wins cases were heard before Mr H. A. Stratford ;—E. W. Hanmor v. F. Booth. Claim, £8 7s Gd on a dishonoured promissory note. Judgment for plaintiff, without costs. P. J. Kerr v. James Wiseman. Claim £3 10s, balance of account for wages. Judgment for £l, defendant to pay costs 12s, In the Warden’s Court applications for protection were heard from P. Ferguson for special claim, machine site, and water race at Waiorongomai, and from J. C. Firth, for a special claim at Waiorongomai. Protection for four months from August 23rd was granted in both cases.
