MR RUSSELL AT WAOTU.

Mr Russell addressed the electors of Waotn on Tuesday evening in Barnett’s boarding-house, about 35 being present. Mr Wallace was in tho chair. He gave a long speech, which was, to a great extent, a repetition of that delivered at Hamilton East. A few questions were asked, and answered, after which a vote of thanks was proposed by Mr W. Moon, and carried nem. eon. No amendment was proposed. Mr Russell addresses the Lichfield electors on Saturday.
