(REUTEIi’s TELEGRAMS.) (Received August 10th, 2 10 p.m.) London, August!). Replying to a question in the House of Commons last night Sir James Fergusson, the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, stated that the British Government was pressing France to come to a speedy settlement of the New Hebrides question. He further informed the House that no recidivistea had been deported since November hist, hut settlers continued to be sent from France to the New Hebrides.
