RAGLAN.
DintiNt; the last few days we have enjoyed beautiful weather, and fanners are now busy ploughing and cultivating the ground, the long continued wet season delaying the work. In fact for the last two months past with only a few days exception, it was impossible to do anything to tho ground. Oats will be late, and early potatoes ton. The s.s. Staff a came in from Onehnnga last Friday on her way to Xawhia, having on board NY. Spencer and another gentleman who are going to survey native land there.
