Fullin', the well-known statesman, having delivered a speech in which he alluded to General Boulanger in insulting tea-ms, the latter sent his seconds to M. Ferry, challenging him to fight a duel. July 30. M. Ferry has accepted the challenge of General Boulanger, and has appointed his seconds to arrange a meeting. [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, July 31. Great excitement has been occasioned in France by the speech made by M. Jules Ferry, at Espinal, the capital of the Vosges, in which he attacked General Boulanger, and described him as “a Saint Arnant of the cafes.” In response to General Boulanger’s challenge M. Ferry has named his seconds.
