CADET CORPS FOR HAMILTON.
A meeting of parents aid others interested in the formation ot a cadet corps in Hamilton was held in Hie Public Hall last night. The chair was occupied by His Worship the Mayor, slid despite the rain there was a good attendance. On the motion of Captain Reid it vas resolved to form a corps, the motion being warmly supported by Mr W. A. Graham. Twenty lads came forward and gave in their names, and it is anticipated that the number will be increased to (10 in a few days. Mr W. Dey was unanimously elected captain. The list of names will be at the store of Messrs Dey and French during the coming week, waere all intending members should atter.d and attach their names.
