[keotek’s telegrams.] (Received July Will. 12.15 pm.) Vienna, July 10. Prince Ferdinand, replying to" a deputation from Bulgaria which waited upon him formally to announce his election, expressed himself grateful for the choice of the Sobranje, and said he was anxious to hasten to Bulgaria, but it was necessary to respect the international treaties relating to that country. He added that he hoped to merit the confidence of the Porte, and regain the sympathy of Russia toiyards Bulgaria.
