The cargo of mutton is in good condition., The American Pacific squadron has been ordered to Honolulu. . The British Pacific squadron has beea ordered to Honolulu. Parts, July 13. Great precautions are being taken by the authorities to maintain order in this city during the national fete to-morrow. The Patriotic League intends to make a great display in favour of General Boulanger, also an anti-Gorman' demonstration. A grand review of troops will take place at-Long-champs.'
