[by telegraph.—copyright.— kkctku.J [Received July 5, 1 p.m.J London, July 3. The foundation-stone of the Imperial Institute will be laid to-morrow by the Queen. On her arrival at Paddington station from Windsor, Her Majesty will be received by the Prince of Wales and various officers cf state, and a semi-state procession will be binned to South Kensington. The ceremony will be attended by various members of the Royal Family, King Christian of Denmark, the King and Queen of Greece, and the Crown Prince and Princess of Germany.
