LATEST WELLINGTON NEWS.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. The Harbour Board have decided to raise a loan of £50,000, minimum at £97 10s. The balance-sheet of the Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company shows receipts to be £2944 14s 7d, expenditure £2910 0s sd, leaving a balance of £34 14s 2d, which has been carried forward.
