LORD R. CHURCHILL ON ENGLAND'S PREPAREDNESS.

[Received Juue G, 12 .JO p.ra.J London, June 5. Lord It. Churchill addressed a meeting at Wolverampton last night. In the course of his speech he declared that, despite the enormous expenditure, England was woolly unprepared for war, and he appealed to the democracy to insist upon radical reform in the Admiralty and War Office.
