(Received June (ich, 12.30 p.m.) London, June 5. It is announced that all those who have been asked have consented to act on the British Royal Commission at the Melbourne Exhibition. Earl Rosebery will be Chief Executive Commissioner, and the Prince of Wales will accept the position of honorary president. The Royal Commission will be gazetted as soon as the Treasury has settled the amount to be voted for expenses. , . ,
