The Turkish Government have issued a diplomatic note to the Great Powers, urging them to come to agreement regarding a candidate for the throne of Bulgaria, The Court of Appeal has ordered the release of Father Kelleher, who was arrested at Youghal in March last for refusing to appear at Dublin to give evidence in a case against a defaulting tenant. It provides for the evacuation of Egypt by the British forces within the next three years, provided it shall then be feasible without danger to the country, otherwise the occupation will be prolonged.
