DR. M'GLYNN ON ASSASSINATION.

London, May 23. At a meeting held in America to protest against the extradition treaty with Russia, Dr. MoGlynn, a dignitary of the Catholic Church in New York, said he did not justify assassination, but he could not feel regret at it when it was the outcome of the condition of Russian national slavery, and he would honour any man who felt it his duty to kill the Czar.
