CoJv.staxtix orLE, May 20. j It is announced that a convention Ims been concluded between the Turkish and British Governments, whereby the period within which the evacuation of Egyptian territory by the British forces is to be completed is lixed at three years. It is further provided that in the event of internal troubles Egypt may be re-occupied by ijritish or Turkish troops, cither conjointly or separately as may previously be agreed, it being understood that no other Power will be allowed to intervene.
