IN BANKUUPTCY. Tuesday.—(Before His Honour Judge Setli Smith.) In re Joseph Cochkanb.—Mr Hay, for the bankrupt, applied for an order to close tlie bankruptcy, also for an order of discharge, b-ith of which were granted. Costs were allowed the bankrupt's solicitor, £3 3s and costs out of pocket. In re Chaulks Hall.—Application for an order to close the bankruptcy was granted. In re Ensroxn Cookson.—Order made to close the bsml'Tnptey. In re Thomas Bicu.amy. —A similar order was made in this case.
