LATE CABLE NEWS.
London, April 15. If OUT v French men-of-war, carrying 200 guns end 10,000 men, are. now assembled at Toulon for the purpose of engaging in naval manoeuvres. England has purchased 1000 additional horses in Canada. The hostile attitude assumed towards the Republic of Hayti has been abandoned, and modified demands will be submitted by the British Government. Sir Patrick Jennings, of New South Wales, had an interview with Mr Gladstone yesterday. The Chancellor of the Exchequer will bring forward his Budget statement on the 22nd inst. Sir James McCullock and Mr Langton advise the purchase of a Constable landscape for the Melbourne Art Gallery for £2400,
