[l!Y TKLKGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. An extraordinary Gazette issued this afternoon further prorogues Parliament to the 23rd March. At a meeting of the Cabinet this evening , it wan decided that Parliament bo called together for the, dispatch of business in the. last week in April, but the exact date will" not be fixed until the Governor has been communicated with. A man named Henry Saunders was today sentenced to 14 days hard labour for playing dice in a railway carriage.
