All impounding notice from Mr Dennis Lees appears in another column. The Whaingaroa Road Board notify that all rates unpaid after 31st March, 1887, will be sued for without further notice. Travellers halting at Morrinsville, with the intention of spending a few days, should not fail to call upon Mr John Smith, at the Pfxenix Hotel, where they will find every accommodation. Mr Smith is a host in himself, and from the good old style with which he conducted the Caledonian Hotel, Auckland, the Phcunix is no exception. The liquors are excellent, and the table everything that could be desired.
