THE RISING IN BULGARIA.
SEVERE FIGHTING AT RUSCHUCK. (BY TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT.] [rkdtkk's telegrams. ] [Received March 4th, 2.80 p.m.] Sofia, March 3. Nothing authentic has yet been received as to the position of affairs in Silistria, owing to the telegraph line having been cwt. It is generally believed, however, that the insurgents fled from the city. Reports are to hand from Ruschuck that the rising spread to that place, and severe fighting has taken place between the Royalists and rebels, resulting in great bloodshed on both sides.
