AFGHANISTAN PREPARING FOR A HOLY WAR AGAINST RUSSIA.

News has been received from Afghanistan that the Ameer lias ordered a large increase in his army, and has issued a proclamation calling upon his subjects to prepare for a jehad, or holy war, which is believed will be directed against Russia.
