SOME DAY.

Some day thou'lt wander near my grave, And stand'neath the branches that over it wave; Unmarked, unnoticed the spot will be Forgotten by all save Heaven and thee.

There will come to thee then the sad sad truth Of niy desolate, weary, heart-broken youth ; And too late, too late, you will know my sweet, How the dead Rirl loved thee, then low at thy feet. To the busy world yon will turn away Its cares will engross thoe frotn day to day ; But as evening deepens, then to thy heart Will steal a memory that cannot depart. A song or a flower or an artless tone A girlish laugh on the soft breeze thrown, Light trifles to some, will to thee recall The days of my life that were brightest of all.

At night in a beautiful dream I'll come You shall see me again in my faraway horile; I will smile the old smile as I sit by thy side And murmur the promise, " Death cannot divide." Qubkni*. ■ Ohaupo.
