—, [BY TELEGRAPH.—COPYEJGHT.I [reuter's telegrams.} Washington, February f>. An express train, from Boston to Montreal, ran off the rails at 'Whi'te Rive! bridge on to the ice. The train took: fire, ami forty of the passengers were burned to death.
